I'm not receiving Forcura's client emails. What should I do?

Forcura utilizes various email services to communicate with clients including Amazon SES, Google App Suite, HubSpot. If you are not receiving emails from Forcura please check the following:

  • Look in your Spam/ Junk folder. If you see a Forcura email in that folder, be sure to mark it as safe.
  • Update your email subscription preferences here.
  • Make sure you're able to receive emails from our Forcura domain by whitelisting forcura.com
    • We support SPF and DKIM
  • You may need to whitelist the following IPs: 
    • 167.89.107.125
    • 167.89.107.127
    • 167.89.107.129
    • 167.89.107.136
    • 167.89.2.4
    • 167.89.22.44
    • 198.37.146.118
    • 198.37.146.119
    • 50.31.57.60
