Web Application Enhancements:

  • Bulk Print & Download in Archive: Download several cases at once right from the Cases list. Just select the cases you'd like to download and click 'Bulk Print/ Download'. This feature is now available in both the Archive and Cases sections.

  • Orders Pending Report: View all documents in the Pending Signature status in one consolidated report. The report, found in the My Reports section, includes aging metrics and can be exported to excel or printed.

  • Quick Fax Multiple Recipients: Send your quick fax to multiple recipients. Simply typing their name, fax number, or external reference number.

  • Security Group Assignment Shared Folders: Allows Site Administrators to assign multiple users to a Shared Folder by Security Group.

  • Security Groups for Templates: Site Administrators can now assign security groups to Templates so users only see the ones they should. You can find this feature under Site Administration > Templates.

Fixes:

  • 'Archive' updated to 'Delete' in Transmissions: We've updated the "Archive" option within Transmissions to "Delete" to avoid any confusion and clarify existing functionality. When users click the "Delete" option, the transmission will be removed and is only accessible by Site Administrators within the Transmission Archive section.
  • Case Panel Pin: The Create Case/ Existing Case panel that displays on the left side when viewing a case, now stays pinned after clicking the pin icon.
  • Custom Messages with Special Characters: Users will no longer receive an error when creating Custom Messages that contain special characters.
