Here are a few things to check if you're having issues resetting your password:
- You must have a valid email listed in the Profile section of your Forcura account in order to reset your password.
- Check your Spam folder if you do not receive an email. If it's not their either, check with your IT team to ensure you are able to receive emails from firstname.lastname@example.org.
- The link in the email will expire once clicked or after 30 minutes of delivery. After 30 minutes you will need to repeat the process listed above in order to reset your password.
- We do not recommend allowing your browser to save your password. Sometimes old passwords will be saved by the browser and using them can get you locked out of your account.
If you are still unable to log in, please contact your Site Administrator to have your password manually reset.
