I get a red error when trying to save a case, why?

If you get an error when trying to save a case, make sure all required fields are filled out. The required fields are Case Name, Type, Status, and Security Group.


Also, if you click into a field and start typing, but don't make a selection you may get an error. You may still be able to save the case, but no selection will be saved.
