There are three ways to add a new recipient or physician:
- Create a new recipient while creating a case
- Add a new recipient from the Directories section.
- Import new recipients(s) using SFTP
To add a new recipient/ directory while creating a case, click "Create New Recipient"
You can also navigate to the Directories section and click the + sign in the bottom right.
To import 1 or more recipients please review our SFTP instructions.
To edit a recipient that has already been created, navigate to the Directories section and click "View Directory". Be sure to save after making changes to the directory record.
