How do I edit/ add a directory/ recipient?

There are three ways to add a new recipient or physician:

  • Create a new recipient while creating a case
  • Add a new recipient from the Directories section.
  • Import new recipients(s) using SFTP

To add a new recipient/ directory while creating a case, click "Create New Recipient"

You can also navigate to the Directories section and click the sign in the bottom right.

To import 1 or more recipients please review our SFTP instructions.


To edit a recipient that has already been created, navigate to the Directories section and click "View Directory". Be sure to save after making changes to the directory record.
