You can attach transmissions (i.e. from Inbound) and documents in your Drive to existing cases in Forcura.
- Open/ view the document
- Select the second icon labeled Attach to Case
- Enter the patient’s name in the search box and the results display below. HomeCare HomeBase users can search by Order Number by entering it in the Order Number field. This field will not display for non HomeCare HomeBase users.
- After selecting the existing case the Status and the Document Type are automatically assigned based on the existing case. Simply click into each box to adjust if necessary.
- Click Attach
