I'm not receiving inbound faxes, what should I do?

Here are a few things to check if you haven't received inbound faxes that you are expecting:

  • Check your internet connection. New faxes won't display if there is an interruption in your internet connection.
  • Send a test fax to your Forcura fax number.
  • Is your fax line forwarded? If so, contact your 3rd party fax provider.
  • Check Pending Approval. If the fax has a barcode on it, it will go into the Pending Approval section (not Inbound).
