Here are a few things to check if you haven't received inbound faxes that you are expecting:
- Check your internet connection. New faxes won't display if there is an interruption in your internet connection.
- Send a test fax to your Forcura fax number.
- Is your fax line forwarded? If so, contact your 3rd party fax provider.
- Check Pending Approval. If the fax has a barcode on it, it will go into the Pending Approval section (not Inbound).
