Why are there duplicates of documents in my Drive when I print with DirectConnect?

If you see duplicates of documents in your Drive when printing with DirectConnect, you may have two instances of DirectConnect running on your server or computer.

To check, look for the orange icon in your application tray (bottom right corner of your desktop).

If you see more than one, shutdown any extra instances by right-clicking on the orange icon and selecting "Shutdown DirectConnect."

If this does not resolve the issue, check your printing/ EMR settings.
