How can I combine documents within a case?

You can view different versions of a document within the Activity History of the case. From the Activity History you can combine different versions (or pages) of a document.

To combine activities within a case follow these steps:

  1. Open/ view the case
  2. From the panel on the left, click the Activity History icon
  3. View the activities you'd like to combine by clicking the magnifying glass to the right of each activity. You can expand the activity details by clicking the triangle/ arrow.
  4. Once you know which activities you'd like to combine, click the activity title, to highlight each activity. NOTE: Click the activities in the order in which you'd like them to be combined. So, if you want activity A to appear before activity B in the combined version, click activity A first, then B second.
  5. Once the activities are selected in the proper order, click combine. A new activity labeled "Combine" will be created with your combined documents. You may need to rearrange the pages in the combined document. You can do so using the Move option under the Page tab.


TIP: If you'd like to combine a document with the orginial/ clean version of that document, use the "Created" activity.
